The Tay Rail Bridge is a constant theme in my work and is used as a vehicle to explore my interest in the light of my local landscape. Here the bridge is painted at dusk in winter, where the low light and overcast weather added to the sombre scene.

About Michael Robson (GB)
Michael is a professional landscape painter working in Fife, Scotland. His work is founded on the practice of painting outdoors in the impressionist manner, recording directly the effects of light he observes around him.
